Standard Covered Services - Private Pay
A refundable security deposit of $9,000 is due upon admission
and the daily comprehensive fee is $125/day for a private room for one person,
$166 for a two-room suite for one person, and $218/day for a two-room
suite for two people. Respite care is available at $6.00 a day above the regular rate. The following services are included in the
fee.
- Private room, private bath
- Meals and snacks, and assistance with feeding,
if required
- Assistance with communication - mail, telephone,
etc.
- Assistance with daily living activities, as
needed - bathing, dressing, toileting, getting around, etc.
- Personal hygiene supplies (soap, toothpaste,
tissues)
- Housekeeping services daily as needed
- Recreational activities, supplies
- Laundering of personal clothing, bed and bath
linens
- Private telephone
- Cable TV
- Bus transportation for scheduled recreational trips
The following are examples of supplies and services not covered
in the daily fee. Some of these may be available on site. Please
ask for more details.
- Bed or bath linens, personal clothing
- Physician or psychiatric services, podiatry,
optometry, dentistry
- Transportation to physician, dentist, or other
appointments*
- Physical, occupational, or speech therapy
- Underpads, diapers, or other incontinence products
- Medications, treatment products or supplies
- Barber or beautician services
- Dry cleaning
- Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, other medical equipment
- Room furnishings, beds, dressers, night stands,
lamps, etc.
(These may be rented for a modest fee.)
- Skilled nursing services beyond administration
of medication, supervision of special diets, and simple dressing
changes (When nursing services are ordered by physician, arrangements
will be made for services to be provided by a licensed home health
care agency at additional cost)
